Advancing Self-Care for Healthier Futures Together

Healthcare systems are being strained everywhere by a growing number of increasing pressures. From demographic shifts to disruptions from conflict, climate change, and pandemics, there is an urgent need for integrating self-care into existing health policies worldwide. Doing so successfully requires a coherent vision from policymakers and the creation of an enabling environment to maximize the benefits for individuals and societies alike. This high-level salon convenes a select group of leaders to explore how self-care interventions, enabled by innovative financing models can become a cornerstone of health equity and Universal Health Care (UHC).
