ABOUT
The Salzburg Dialogue is a program of World in 2050, organized by Diplomatic Courier in collaboration with Circle. It brings together futurists, innovators, investors, policy makers, business, media, and policy leaders to discuss some of today’s most pressing issues in our society. During this retreat, delegates will be considering broad challenges and opportunities to “help the future arrive well” in four megatrends: 1) exponential technologies; 2) education, skills, and the future of work; 3) governance and institutions; and, 4) societal fragmentation. Delegates of this cohort include our advisory board as well as a select group of global experts and emerging next generation voices.
THE PURPOSE
The world is increasingly siloed. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, globalization was in trouble. Although the flow of information is largely free, the movement of people, goods, IP, and capital is not. This is a unique moment in time to connect people who don’t usually work together and generate new ideas and solutions.
